Tech support is horrible non existence sense they merged with Stewart signs. We have signs from Ebsco we sold, paid for the warranty, and now can't get tech support or even parts. We had a good run with Ebsco till now. Run! don't even consider them.
Have tech support answer the phone, diagnose the problem and fix it. If you can't do all three, at least answer the phone.
