They're not an understanding staff plus their staff don't communicate with eachother. Had a bad experience, no one could do anything about it.
I love EBS and Carol, who is an amazing massage therapist. She has helped get rid of pain from an injury in my shoulder that happened several months ago. Once I started getting massages, the pain started going away, and I have gotten more mobility in my arm. I can even work out and lift weights again, which is huge for me. If you want a massage for relaxation or need a sports massage, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Carol.
