Niall is an absolute gent, super knowledgeable about Hive thermostats (after the guy I paid from Amazon couldn’t figure out how to install it) and rewired one of my living room lights. Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful- wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Very prompt, amicable and kind. Came over immediately to resolve an issue with my circuit board and was very quick to identify the problem, explaining things as he went to help me better understand how things worked. Very reasonably priced and seemed like a really genuine, good guy. Will use again.
