Believe the low ratings. Horrible customer service with very condescending and dismissive employees. No communications about YOUR funding that they are holding or about any pertinent deadlines. They are also not very responsive about any issue you are having so you can send multiple communications and never hear back. They also LIE. I never received the debit card despite multiple outreach so I had to rely on reimbursement through their system which is unnecessarily clunky. I will never pursue this option again. horrendous company even to work for
This company makes the process of submitting FSA and Dependent Care claims unnecessarily difficult. Despite these being funds I contributed for eligible expenses, the reimbursement process is overly complicated and frustrating. I cannot recommend using their services.
Awful benefits company. To employer benefit professionals: do not use this company until you want to hear constant complaints from your employees.
