Don't go to these people they don't know what their doing!! I took my hp pc to them in jan 2014. I asked them before leaving it for diagnosis to please make me some recovery discs (1) that i wanted to address the overheating problem (2) to address the computer shutting down on its own (3) and any other issues it may have had in order to ensure it would work correctly. They later gave me diagnosis from another hp pc exactly like mine that was being repaired as well. When i called with ??'s they told me the pc diagnosis was in... read more
