I have had the pleasure of working with ebottles for 5 years and counting, with key account manager Quinn Lloyd as my Rep. I must say the customer service is world class. Quinn has saved my a** a handful of times when I need jars in a pinch. Give that girl a promotion! Love this company. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners at MJbizcon as well, I know Lifted Cannabis Co. is in good hands working with this company!

Placed an order, was called and informed it was was going to be a very long time as they don't even have a po for the next order made. I asked why I wasn't informed of this during ordering. Sends me a link with no info and claims I missed it being out of stock and it was my fault. Now I'm waiting on a refund. Maybe stock more then one black jar

Had a situation whereby the wrong caps were shipped with my order. I had an event that I needed the bottles for in 3 days. I contact Nicole from Customer Service, she expedited the correct caps in plenty of time for me to have the bottles I needed for the weekend. I couldn't be happier with her prompt attention to the issue. Great job.
