I enjoyed my purchasing experience in late May and have been very happy with the e-bike I purchased. While there was some confusion around the complementary six month check-up and tuneup for the bike I purchased, the owner, who is very customer oriented and conscientious, quickly resolved the issue.
My wife surprised me last night with a new Aventon e-bike from e-Boom!! Incredibly happy with this bike, and we had to take hers and mine out to the local State Park and ride until after dark. Love it, and happy to have got it from an Indiana bike shop!
I can’t say enough good things about EBoom. I recently got my Aventon Soltera 2 from them, and the whole experience was fantastic. Mike at the front was awesome, and the techs in the back were super accommodating and friendly. I’m beyond thrilled with both my new bike and the overall experience. Highly recommend!
Scheduled a drop-off appointment for my daughter's Velotric e-bike. She took a recent tumble which resulted in a misalignment and caused some other parts to loosen. The scheduling process was seamless. When I arrived, I was helped by DALE. He was so knowledgeable. He immediately started assessing the bike and performing what reminded me of surgery on the bike.
