eBoom took fantastic care of us when we purchased an Aventon Pace 4 for my wife. From start to finish, it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a bike shop while shopping for eBikes. The staff (Lee Ann, Sean, Mike and others we didn't catch the names of) were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be coming back here — not only for another bike when the time comes, but also for service, accessories, and anything else we need. Highly recommended!
Love their service department! Dale not only patiently oriented me to the presta valves on my bike, but found one was bent (probably from me fumbling with it) and replaced it. Then, he problem solved that I could leave the adapters on and cap them to make airing much easier for nonmechanical me. Love it! So happy!

I enjoyed my purchasing experience in late May and have been very happy with the e-bike I purchased. While there was some confusion around the complementary six month check-up and tuneup for the bike I purchased, the owner, who is very customer oriented and conscientious, quickly resolved the issue.
