What drew me to Ms. Williams was her passion for helping people no matter their income level. Even as my case took a big turn that would mean it would be much less profitable for her she gave me the same attentive care and did a great job with pushing me to say what I really wanted even when everything inside me wanted to give up, quit and engage in my usual defense mechanisms of complying or submitting. I had a very disappointing experience with Ebony Williams as my attorney in a family law matter. Going into trial, I believed I had a strong position as I've always been a consistent and involved father. Unfortunately on the day of trial, I wasn't adequately represented at all and it became clear that key preparation had not been handled in a way that protected my case. While communication was present, it often felt very fee-focused rather than genuinely client-centered or supportive during such a difficult custody matter.
