I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ebony. When I arrived for my appointment, I was kept waiting for approximately 40 minutes. I also felt that she appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, which made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the quality and safety of the service. Unfortunately, the haircut and color were not done well at all. My hair was left with an uneven cut and an orange/brassy color that was very different from what I expected. Her work is beautiful, and her service is the best. I had a color Evaluation at the beginning of my app to know what kind of undertones work better for me, and after a wonderful session, this was the result. Can't be happier. Ebony is such a nice, amazing and efficient hairstylist. Her prices low-ball the quality of work that she does, she's extremely inquisitive and clearly cares about her clients, and she will not let you down. Will definitely be going here regularly from now on.
I am so happy that I found an amazing stylist like Ebony. She did amazing on my hair, and also made sure that my hair was healthy to get to how I wanted it. I’ve never met a stylist that cares about her clients like she does. She is the best, 5 stars isn’t enough!
