The workers are very very rude! They answer the phones like they are interrupted to assist you! I do not recommend this store at all. Why spend your money here if you can’t ask 1 question! Bad business!

If a good attitude were a requirement to be able to have a business, you definitely wouldn't have a business with that lemon face you have to serve customers that specifically keeps your business afloat.

This is the WORST beauty supply store in the whole city. They are extremely rude and most definitely RACIST!!!!! The bad blonde bleached hair lady is the nastiest. I made the foolish decision to frequent that more times than I should have in hopes that maybe it was just a bad day. But no, bad...rude and RACIST people. They lie about the prices and talk horribly to their "customers.". Do NOT shop there!!!!

Brothers and Sisters stop supporting these people. They set up shop in our communities and make money in Black communities, yet they continue to disrespect us as American citizens. Beware, they do not honor the exchange policy that is on their receipt. Sisters wear and grow your own hair. Stop spending your money with these people. You are making another people wealthy that care nothing about you.
