My experience was unfortunately unpleasant.. I didn’t even want them to finish my hair that’s how bad my experience was. They talked bad about me in front of me in French—I even told her I knew a little french when I heard the first rude comment. Never in your life should you go here unless you want your edges missing. My hair once done was beautiful. However, when the braids were removed I suffered with traumatic loss on my edges on both sides of my heads. I’ve gotten braids for years and never have this happened. Not only that I spent $360 on smedium knotless braids waist length. And she took 12 hours because she kept stopping. 0/10 do not recommend.
Just left my hair appointment and I’m so happy with the service! The stylist was professional, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. My hair looks and feels amazing. Definitely found my new go-to salon! Beatrice was great!
