I've read the negative reviews and realize that most people only go out of their way to complain and rarely to compliment. I went to Ebners to buy a used battery. A guy met me at my car and carried my old battery for trade. I paid the lowest price in Springfield (I searched for the best price) then he carried the purchased battery to my truck....great price! Great service!
The owner is so rude. Call to inquire about a part, ask several questions just to make sure the condition, and don't even want to spend an extra minute talking to you.
Any and every time I deal with ebners they're rude as can be and their yard horrible. Most pull it yourself junkyard are concrete or gravel not mud. I don't see how anyone says they have an a+ BBB rating they're despicable.
Terrible customer service. Drove 45 minutes to get an alero door which I was told I would have someone help me take off...get there the car is parked in a giant mud puddle 8 inches deep and of course not a single man working would help a 23 yr old girl take off a door...the two men who I assume were the owners were incredibly rude and once I had the door off and was taking the hinges he tells me he wants $10 for them! Sell you broken parts and not replace thanks a lot now i know why your business will never make it.
Mendy, get a grip. People leave their tags at junk yards everyday with the intent to have them safely destroyed. You gave this company no indication otherwise. It is your responsibility to take them and if you did not contact them in 24 hours it is more or less their responsibility to destroy them. Regarding the review about the plates and trying to retrieve them after two weeks,get a life. This company has an A plus BBB rating and they gave me the best prices I have yet to find they were less expensive than there competitors even with shipping handling and labor to remove parts. I am impressed!
