On September 20, 2021 EBMS, for no reason, cancelled my wife's and my prescription drug coverage. I learned this on September 28, when I tried to pick up my wife's antidepressant. When I called I was told that it was a mistake that would be corrected within 24 hours. 24 hours later there was still no prescription drug coverage. Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever used! They look for every reason not to pay a claim. EVERY single claim requires a call and debate to get paid. Horrible customer experience.

This is the worst possible company to deal with for any health benefits. The people who answer their customer no service calls-so called navigators- have no clue what's going on and only complicate the problem more.
