Absolutely the worst auction, staff and everything in between. If you are a dealer registering STOP. They are of no help whatsoever. The staff is completely useless. Special shout out to Emmanuel Ukagwu and Rachelle Passarelli. Took them 3 months to help me with the simple task of setting up my new account. I called multiple times for updates on my file and still to this day haven’t reached out even as a courtesy.
