Customer for 12+ years. No issues until the acquisition of Eblock Montreal. Purchase confirmed without authorization. Hidden problems. Junk cars. Engine noisy about to fail, not disclosed. Sales director caught lying on a recorded call. we are group of over 10 dealers that have closed their accounts for similar issues.
Eblock will try every avenue to decline an Arbiration. I purchased a Ram that stated needs engine repairs when Eblock and the seller knew it needed an engine. They left a printed copy of an estimate by mistake in the truck for me to see this along with a list of other problems not declaired when it landed, that wasn't planned. The vehicle had been perviously arbitraded for the same reason, I'm lost for words and can't understand how they would list a vehicle knowing it has major issues.
