I’m extremely disappointed with the haircut I received from barber Efrain. Blending is a basic and essential skill, yet it was done poorly and unevenly. The cut felt rushed and careless, more like chopping than proper haircutting. Haircutting is an art, and this showed a lack of training and attention to detail.
