Do not recommend. Had to have work rectified elsewhere after Eblen attempted to rectify their own mistakes making a small ding into a multi panel repaint. Very poor work and lack of accountability.
Went to get my VW assessed today for a small insurance repair through NRMA. Everything was fine until they told me I’d have to wait 7 months before the repairs could be done. What the heck!!!! Why didn’t they ring me beforehand and tell me that and save me a drive across town. Have lodged a formal complaint with NRMA. Wasted a bid chunk the day.
Our Outback touring 2022 needed roof re painted under warranty from Eblen Subaru. Vehicle was taken to Eblen Crash from car dealership. Completed job taken back to Eblen Subaru. We picked up and was only when we had to put our Thule pod on a couple of months later realised when it was too late that something was missing..our roof rack bars. Apparently after the fact they are integrated into the framework. So now nobody wants to take ownership of who is at fault. So we now have to fork out over $1000. Excellent! I honestly can't fault them in any way. Everything went perfectly to plan. They did a great job. The staff, communication and workmanship were excellent. I highly recommend Eblen Subaru Crash Repair.
