We really wanted to support an up and coming business and they had good reviews and a nicely put together website so we took a chance. I regret it so much! EBK left construction debris everywhere, I literally just found old shingles in a bush yesterday and they did our roofing job over a month ago. They didn't screw back down our skylight, we only realized this when we hired a painter to come in and fix all the popped nails etc. in the surround to the skylight. Had them come out and pressure wash the fence and give it some new stain. They put down plastic just in case of spills to protect the grass and flower beds. Very happy and would recommend 🙂
In some of my previous reviews over the years, I have stated that I'm not especially fond of leaving negative reviews, especially about a small business, but sometimes they are just warranted. Recently we discovered some pretty hefty rot underneath a section of our deck. Not knowing what other problems we would face underneath the rest of it, walking on it, and noticing a few of the boards starting to get soft and questionable, we would get a few estimates from contractors on what it would cost for a new composite deck.
