Friendly, Forthcoming, Informative – When my computer unexpectedly crashed due to a virus I took it to Best Buy for a quote on how much to retrieve the information and clean up my laptop. My new BEST FRIENDS! – I cannot say enough about EBits Computer repair - James at Lake City Loc explained the repair procedure and the intial cost for diagnosis of my Desktop and they were timely in finding the problem and what it would cost to fix - Jasper called and again made sure I understood about needing a new hard drive, and getting rid of a worm (yikes) - they retrieved my files (normally extra expense) for free.
