DO NOT USE THIS COMPNY!!!!! I went online to buy their eyebrow pencil. I get 10 of them and pay for express delivery. They charge me $12 for that delivery and they send it in a standard delivery when I reach out to the company to request a refund for the express delivery they email me back that it’s out of their responsibility for the shipping delay so i want online to USPS to make sure and they ship it regular shipping and still don’t want to refund the express shipping.
