We bought a Surface 604 Twist folding ebike for me. We like the bike, the staff, and the service at ebikes Calgary, so we're going back to buy an ebike for my husband.
I only write you at this site as i believe you'll look at it. I don't know how many times we have called your shop...never answered..Can't leave a message as voicemail is full... I assume with other customers trying to get help...or sent emails, none of which were returned. Quite simply your customer service is awful, truly terrible. You sold us two Span bikes and that was the end for you. No way to get parts or service. My wife has torn some cables rendering the bikes useless.
