Super great experience! Bought two bikes here and have been super happy with both. Great service, super friendly employees. Always answer my phone calls and are always happy to help. Had a couple of issues but they were quick to fix them and charge no cost for labour for the first year of ownership. Great store, great experience

We purchased 2 bikes recently and received great service from Brandon. He was very helpful and honest throughout the process and put us at ease with his willingness to meet our individual needs. Everything was done that he promised and he helped alleviate our concerns regarding taking up e-bike cycling as older cyclists. We highly recommend e-Bikes Calgary.
My husband and I recently purchased a pair of ebikes from this shop and are super impressed. The shop is bright and welcoming, with plenty of models on the floor to try. The manager helped us find what we needed within our budget and gave us a very thorough explanation of each model. We decided on 2 SmartMotion bikes after giving them a test drive.
