I purchased a kit online. It shipped quickly and was packaged well. The instalation instructions that came with the kit was for a different kit and didn't a single connector in common with the kit I got. This place is great. Not only do they sell bikes and service them but they also design them! Very helpful I shopped for a month all around the Chicago area. Best deal I can find for a beginner bike. So I bought one
