I was dealing with a problem when trying to reinstall my batteries on my Boomerbuggie Cargo. The local service location had a disconnected phone. On a hunch I called Jeal in Vancouver. He was patient and eager to solve my problem. Pictures were sent back & forth and he decided my scooter was missing the breaker that would shut off the power for the reconnection. With two older Daymak scooters in need of maintenance, Jeal was prompt in replying to my email requests. The work was done efficiently, and he answered all my additional questions and offered friendly advice. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll be returning for any future needs.

I was thinking I needed to replace the lithium battery on my Daymak Beast Deluxe but with great help from Jeal and his patience in helping me over the phone for several days the problem was resolved. Battery is working and I learned a lot. My husband and I are seniors and this has been a huge learning curve for both of us. Thanks again Jeal for your friendly and knowledgeable advise. We are on Vancouver Island and in our area places to have bike serviced in any way are limited.
