2 months update following my excitment of the beginning purchasing from this brand: Thank you to Armani for assisting us the best he could but I do not recommend buying the Daymark Montecarlo e-bike which is of very poor quality. I thought it would be my ride of the summer but I became disenchanted quite quickly as it broke down multiple times even though a new bike was given to me. Do not risk it.
Just bought 2 e-bike there yesterday and the experience was fantastic. The customer service is super good. Armani answered all my questions and I felt no pressure from him at all. He was helping my wife and I to choose the right bike for us. All their bikes are made here in Canada. I would strongly recommend this place.
