I love EBike universe. I do have an issue with the store I took my mobility scooter in to get in may 2024 never had a chance to use it because I had to store it due to winter started it in May but it didn’t work so it was still under warranty now it’s January and it’s still not fixed and still at EBike Universe nobody answers the phone or returns my calls so I’m still waiting for a controller so I can get it back
