These people don't have a number that can be reached.They say they're moving to lake mead and nellis, but don't give no information on what building or any of that crap When they do answer the phone.So I don't know how they have all these good reviews.Cuz, every number that calls in no one answers
Horrible customer service and there showroom is empty and dirty
We bought one of their “custom “ bikes. They said they built the bike and it had a 2 year warranty. We have had nothing but trouble with this bike. And each time we had to take it in the repairs were not done properly. The electrical system is a huge problem and now they say they don’t know what’s wrong with it. They are telling us to contact the manufacturer. Huh? We thought you were the manufacturer. We’ve had to pay for repairs and towing on top of the $2000 we paid for the bike. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. I dropped my bike off for a flat tire on a Thursday, was told there was 3 jobs ahead of me and at the latest I'd get the bike on Monday or Tuesday. Called Monday for an update , was told there was still 3 bikes ahead of me . Called Wednesday ,4 or 5 bikes ahead of me , thursday one week after dropping off , they said the FLAT TIRE would take another WEEK to fix . I went and got my bike out of that shop.
