Paid $50 for the opportunity to send my ebike battery in for repair in early July 2024. I emailed in mid-September about the status. At first, I got a reply saying they had no record of the order. When I sent a screenshot of the order that showed it was ready for pickup, they said they were waiting on a special chip with a 4 week lead time. When I followed up in March, I heard nothing. They seem to be a disorganized operation that I essentially paid $50 (plus shipping) to dispose of my battery.

They repaired the motor on my E bike Service was fast & fair Repairs are working great so I will not have to buy a new bike . Thanks E bike Warehouse .

The crew at Ebike Marketplace were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. My battery was dropped off, diagnosed, repaired, and picked up within two days and for a great price. Thanks, guys!

Alberta did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my Heybike Ranger, which was inoperable when I took the eBike in. It did take some time, but that was solely due to the part needing to come from Heybike...Albert kept me up to date the whole way. I'll always take my eBike issues into RPE...as they repaired my Rad Power bikes battery charger on my first visit out to RPE. Thanks again Albert.
