Ebike Collective is a small, locally owned bike shop specializing in a wide variety of ebikes including city bikes, fat tire bikes, and mountain bikes. The owner, Randal, is super knowledgeable about bikes in general and mountain bikes in particular. I highly recommend eBike Collective! Every part of my conversation with them has been easy and informative. Randal took the time to not only explain the bikes, but also contextual information like which trails accept them, how the technology works, etc. He got as excited as me as when we explored different options that might fit my use case. The website contains lots of helpful information about particular models and ebikes in general. All of this has been very helpful as someone new to ebikes and mountain biking.
