We loved this place. Such kindness was shown to my daughter. They educated us on braces. Kindness was shown to us since the time I called to schedule.. My nine year old she has just met the nicest people in fort Collins.
These people have it down! The environment is friendly, the flow is efficient, and each person takes their job seriously while having fun and making patients feel like they are the only person on earth at this moment. They do a great job orienting you to the process, asking for your questions, walking you through what is happening right now and what to expect, and ensuring that you are fully comfortable before proceeding. Great use of technology and relationships.
Very welcoming staff and nice atmosphere in the office overall. Dr. Ebert presented Calvin's treatment in a concise and clear way.
My visit today was great. I barely had to wait for my appointment and everything went smoothly. All of their staff is so kind and makes you feel right at home. I was always updated with what was going on and what I was going to be doing. Even though I hadn't been there in a few years, it still felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend Ebert Orthodontics to anyone, they are fabulous!
I came in for a new retainer with my 6 year old. Jen was, as always, very friendly and gave my son a pair of gloves and mask and proceeded to let him "help" her check my teeth. He was the star of the office and walked out pretending to be a doctor for the rest of the day. Dr. Ebert noticed him and played along and even took his picture. I left the appointment as I usually do, with a smile!
I received care from Dr.Ebert over 20 years ago. And i am proud to say, my 12 year old is under her care now. Because of my experience with Dr Ebert and staff 20 years ago, we decided to return. And nothing has changed.. everyone is so friendly, your time is important, and you are treated with respect. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Dr. Ebert and her staff are always punctual, cheerful and honest about what treatment is needed. We love going to Dr. Ebert!
As always, our visit was efficient but caring and thorough. I love how you guys talk to Sabrina directly while making sure I hear everything too. I have learned so much these last 2 years and feel confident and prepared to help Sabrina and her little sister in the years ahead with the development of their smiles. Thank you for being so helpful and supportive. I look forward to sharing the next several years with you and your staff!
After going to a chain orthodontist we came to Eberts orthodontics for a second opinion. So, so glad we did. Everyone in the office makes you feel welcome and are so upbeat. Plus the cost was way less. Thanks for making my daughter smile.
