This company is absolutely horrible. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and they never return messages. Checks for L&I compensation have been late by 5 or more days. The cherry on top of everything is that they take so long to approve any L&I treatment that my employer has now medically separated due to their untimely approvals and taking too long to return to full duty. I quite literally lost my job because of this TERRIBLE company.
This company deserves no stars. I will say when they had a lady named Wendy working there they were fantastic. She was caring and helpful. Unfortunately she is no longer with them. Now their associates are cold and unhelpful. Like robots, heartless. Your check doesn't get to you to provide for your family, they don't care. 10 day pay or vacay notice for rent, insurance, gas, wifi, groceries, medications, field trip money, they don't care. I called several times leaving a voice message, they never returned the call and the payments were very late and it's been more than a month and I still haven't received the payment.
I'll give one simple statement that will tell you all you need to know about this 'company.' I would have been better off dying in the accident that happened to me. It would have been less traumatic than the living nightmare Eberle Vivian put me through. If you work for a company who uses them, do yourself this favor: Get all of your coworkers together and petition for a switch to another administrative company. It will be the biggest win of your professional career.
