I called several times leaving a voice message, they never returned the call and the payments were very late and it's been more than a month and I still haven't received the payment.

I'll give one simple statement that will tell you all you need to know about this 'company.' I would have been better off dying in the accident that happened to me. It would have been less traumatic than the living nightmare Eberle Vivian put me through. If you work for a company who uses them, do yourself this favor: Get all of your coworkers together and petition for a switch to another administrative company. It will be the biggest win of your professional career.

Horrible company to deal with. Have had an OJI back injured and have waited over a month for them to decide if they will cover my procedure. I have called them several times and cannot even get them to return my call.

Disgusting and unethical business practice. Calls don't go through, information doesn't go through, but when they need something from YOU, it's sent the next day. This business is here to save money for themselves, and throw you in a ditch. They don't care about you, or your problems, they want their bonus so they can enjoy life, while people that need help are thrown into a hole. Paperwork sent after the deadlines, files not sent, and papers "lost" If only businesses like this got held accountable for the lives they ruin.
