Horrible hiring/business practices. Was contacted by a recruiter about a job here. Pay was significantly less than what I was looking for. Recruiter let the HR and hiring manager know the pay I was looking for 3 times leading up to the interview. They wanted to interview me anyway. This led me to believe we were at least in the same ballpark as far as pay went. Interview goes great, and I'm told the next day I'm number 1 on their list.
