This office is absolutely horrible. Staff is rude when you call in and it has taken them over a month to send my medical records to another facility and when I called asking why it was taking so long they gave me attitude. The exact reason I’m switching.

Wonderful doctors office...from the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Erin Yesenosky you'll be treated like family. So thankful I found them! They are inside of the UPMC building in Ebensburg but are not affiliated with UPMC.
Can never get appointment. Called as soon as they opened and said my breathing was difficult, was offered an appointment for 2 weeks later. Ended up I had pneumonia, my O2 was in the 80s and I was almost admitted to Windber hospital the same night I called them. If I had waited the 2 weeks I could be dead. What medical office doesn't leave an appointment or 2 open for emergency sick calls?!? Receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. CRNP Erin is amazing, but she needs better support staff.
