I came here for further rehab on my broken hip after spending eight days at the local VA hospital with an illness. Much to my chagrin I found out today that two people with COVID were moved into my ward without informing me. I have leukemia and am immune compromised. I used to believe that this facility was a caring one, now I’m convinced that I’m just another body in a bed.
I recently stayed at Ebenezer Ridges TCU for rehab and I had a great experience. The room was nice, the food was very good, and the staff were amazing; very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend Ebenezer to others.
My grandma got her purse stolen from this place. Her purse had a couple $100 in it and $150 worth of gift cards. Someone that works there is stealing from the elderly patients. Watch your purse and make sure your family members, if have to be in there do not have money, or important valuable things.
So great to see Grandma happy again! She is so please with the prompt attention she receives here. The amount and variety of activities they offer residents is incredible. From the simple daily word find distributed to residents, to daily onsite activities, to the overnight camp trip, Grandma enjoys them all!! Wonderful place if you don’t mind your loved one being the butt of jokes amongst staff . Seems like they enjoy texting vulgar and mean jokes. Yes, I have proof. Don’t try to alert the management, Holly Kranz and Garret Bothun along with Mary Erickson, they don’t care. No one likes to respond. They were emailed these texts and don’t care. Linda their staffing joke, gives herself plenty of overtime but doesn’t do any work. She sits and sits. While the staff works and works.
