Beware of Misleading Sales and Poor Accountability I purchased a vehicle from this shop advertised as AWD, only to find out it was missing a key part—the rear drive shaft—making it FWD. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they weren’t responsible for the missing part and refused a refund or full repair to make it AWD as advertised. Hard to find and very rude. Also the price of things don't match up to what was told to you. Was here for Lifesafer removal.
Worst U-Haul experience ever. Whoever is in charge didn’t bother to show up to give us the U-Haul, made us wait an hour, then did it all over the phone.
Rude and unprofessional. They treat people like garbage here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unkind and will try to blame you for their mistakes and bad equipment. The manager is especially rude and does not do his job well at all. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I came here for help and was treated very poorly, blamed for their malfunctioning equipment and overcharged for their services each time.
