Sold us a lemon on Facebook marketplace. Very dishonest people! Bad business!!! Not very happy! It was a 2003 Nissan Maxima that left us in the middle of the road!
Called them Friday morning to take care of some very basic tasks, main one being replacing my tires with used tires. They said they did all the work I needed and could have it all done by no later than Saturday evening, so I had my car dropped off to them. This place is only good for life saver appointments. I have a 2020 Outback. My problems started when I was told they could fix the rear end of my car from a hit and run. It was a money grab and they severely screwed me over. The job was a shit show. All they fixed was the tail lights and bumper that looks like they got from a pick and pull yard. ***BEWARE** ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE**** I regrettably just rented a $19.95/24hr Moving truck. I got no change back. Was told that the fee is for using my cashapp cc Who keeps the $4.65? They’re rats. Everyone in the shop today was upset because of some hidden fee or lack of action during Scheduled Appointments. Just fees upon hidden fees. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. And to add insult to thievery, the man that robbed me off $4.65 wants to say that verbatim, the contract says that I get charged for a card fee.
