A very detailed doctor and answered all my questions and concerns. He outlined the next step to proceed with my disease in a very orderly and professional manner.
We very much appreciate the staff here in Dr. Appah’s office. Everyone is sweet, knowledgeable and quick on their feet. At every turn upon our visit, we are always asked if we need anything and if there’s anything that needs to be more clearly explained. We are truly blessed…
Dr. Appah is kind, compassionate and thorough. However, the front desk is lacking in all 3 virtues he possesses. They're unhelpful, unkind, have personal conversations and behave like they're at a personal get-together. I've been an RN for 35 years and I've never witnessed such blatant disregard for the patients. But, they're the gatekeepers who actually decide your fate.
Very kind and compassionate...not in a rush and gives you time to ask questions.
