Female doctor I saw here only cared about getting us out the door to see the next patient...as well my daughter has cerebal palsy and the doctor must not even understand English language, she kept saying "your daughters deformity" my daughter doesn't have a deformity..... I don't even understand how these people get their jobs...... Thank God the prescribing pharmacist downstairs is great
Dr. D. Caleb is amazing, she listens to concerns and finds resolutions but also makes you feel comfortable and enjoy your visit. I do believe the care here is good and most negative reviews are based on the reception staff which is unfortunate. The reception staff sometimes are quick to get me booked in but sometimes will leave you on hold for a longer period of time and I often hang up and try again. I had been a patient of Dr Ako since he was at St. Mary's. Dr. Ako was great and I had no concerns. When he opened Ebenezer clinic, there were issues right away with his admin staff. I found them very rude, they didn’t listen and would cut you off and they were constantly speaking their own language in front of patients. I did bring forward my concerns to Dr Ako but that only resulted in worse treatment. Getting through by phone to make an appointment was also an issue, long waits, and then being disconnected. After my appointment I immediately booked somewhere else for a second opinion. The receptionist were very loud having personal calls while we awkwardly sit in the waiting room....
