They do their best I suppose. The doctors are often times running late and usually not because they want to but because the sheer volume amount of people who need to use them and it takes longer than 5 minutes to talk about ailments. The front staff isn’t great and you will have a hard time contacting the clinic. My doctor though is pretty decent. Dr Ike. He seems to care and is pretty diligent.

You have to call and place on immediate hold sometimes waiting 15-20 minutes to talk to a human being. Doesn’t matter if you have a doctor if you don’t ever get to see him avoid this Clinic.
