I feel bad for whoever lives here. A family member of ours fell getting up because after hours the care call she requested wasnt answered and broke her leg. They found her later and put her in her chair as if everything was ok and she is now on hospis, I hope she makes it.
Direct care staff seem caring. Administration pays no attention to protocol, process or orienting families of new residents. There is no assessment for least restrictive level of care nor response to ombudsman concerns.
I would highly advise anyone who is a travel CNA to NOT. WORK. HERE. Especially if your a person of color! THEY WILL TREAT YOU DIFFERENTLY. I had to end my contract early due to the lies they were making up and how many extra hoops I had to jump through that no one else had to. My experience there was POOR. Please for your own sake to not even attempt to work there!!!
