Mom is there now and the staff is so good to her. She is doing well and likes it there very much. We feel she is in good hands. We feel welcome when we go to visit her.
I have had three family members that have been residents there and a few clients that are still there. And a few family members that work there as well. Always feel welcomed when I go in there.
By far one of the best places to work. I have never felt more welcome than I did here, and have never found anything I've enjoyed quite as much, except being a mom. :) Considering trying to go back and turning around some of the bad reviews by showing people the high level of care and compassion that they expect for their loved ones!
I think it's funny that they let someone go for being tardy but they let EA's that aren't certified lift residents and have employees not aware of the neighbors leave the facility when they are prohibited to do so and even when the neighbors are in wheelchairs escaping. Plus when people are screaming help or just for anything the Head nurses and CNA's just look at you and say ok or that people just say it to get attention.
