We signed a contract to have our new home system installed. We paid half down to purchase the equipment. We had an uncomplicated rough in done and the heating unit installed. We received paperwork for a small claims case wanting 1,700 more plus over 2,000 additional charges wanted on top of original contract to finish the rough-in, install air unit, vents, controls and get system up and going. They couldn’t get their brand new AC unit to work correctly. The brand new unit ran for days as our house kept getting hotter. It was a battle to get them to come out again and again. They gave me constant new reasons of why my house wasn’t suitable. The owner, Josh, was very stern/mean and would tell me how knowledgeable he was over and over. Was not happy with the installation of my new AC today. First I had to wait 3 weeks to get scheduled and I went with this particular company because I had had good service in the past. It took 10 hours when I was told six. The unit wasn't cooling yet when the installer left and the smell of glue was so strong I had to leave the house.
We installed a Mitsubishi mini split and fixed a leak with an existing heat pump. Lee came out exactly when expected, was very thorough and professional. He took his time to trouble shoot our existing heat pump and install the mini-split accurately and professional looking. Even after finding he needed an additional piece to complete the job, he was back out within 2 days to finish it.
