Use caution before doing business with this company. They sold us a maintenance contract during the Pandemic that grossly underestimated the number of copies we would be making. When I pointed this out to them, they refused to renegotiate the maintenance contract and instead told us that all overage charges would apply. The contract covered only two toner cartridges per color over the course of a five-year agreement. After that, all toner had to be purchased at current market prices.
