Very unprofessional and general “bad business”. Agreed over marketplace to inspect a vehicle at 4:00 PM, but then was told the man I spoke to is out of town and the other employee was leaving at 3:30, even though the hours listed are until 5:30. Was told to come back at 8-9 PM, ended up being there until 9:40 before being told to come back on Sunday. I went to buy one of their vehicles, they said they could get it safetied. ( needed new rockers ) he got it illegally safetied. Please be careful when buying a vehicle from them, they may say it’s safe and have a safety certificate but presume it’s illegal and that the car may not be safe!
Louis tried to accommodate me I live 10 hours away and viewed the car through ft he kept me updated on the progress of certification and even drove it 2 hours to deliver it to my daughter for me but unfortunately it wasn't exactly the right car for me. He was kind enough to refund my deposit minus the gas money which was understandable. But he was very polite and a good business man it's my fault that it didn't work out if I lived in the same town and could of went in-person it would of worked out better.
This place should be shut down. The guy is a a liar and all around a bad person. One of my family members who lives 8 hours away was interested in one of the cars he had posted. He said it was in mint condition and that it only had a very tiny scratch. My family member put a down payment and the car was driven to me to look at.
