Arrived at 1000 for a 1200 load appt time. Shipment was said to be 75% ready. Backed into a door off the street. Loaded and gone in less than an hour. Don't know about the others on this review page, but I had a pleasant experience there.
Avoid at all cost!
Very poor customer service by Bill B. First impression from Bill was he was being bothered. He quickly tried to rush me off the phone and I was told to look at online catalog. Do better Ebco
Receiving starts at 0800. You have to back in off street. So to set up, from I-90, exit IL 31s, TR on Davis Rd, TR on McLean blvd, then TR on Holmes. 3rd bldg on LHS. You will see two docks. I backed in after hrs and spent the night and nobody bothered me. There is a crabapple tree by the right dock, try to avoid that dock. CA will fall on top of trl and leave little missiles for cars, and noisy when they hit the roof of trl.
