We tried using Victoria Martinez to find a home. We felt completely unheard in our needs. We gave her a big area to search with not too many criteria. We told her we were open to many areas but would prefer to stay away from Garland. She immediately sends the majority of listings in Garland. We told her our price range and she seemed to be mostly sending homes at the max side of our price range only. Kimbra Brininstool is the realtor representing a house we have been leasing. This has been a terrible experience. She has spoken very negatively about the home (it is an older home that doesn’t boast the most up to date appliances etc. but has a lot of amazing things going for it) and made a statement about how she is doing it as a favor to the homeowner. Diane Beeman was my realtor and she worked hard to get the house sold. I had solar panels on the house and people are afraid of using panels. They save a tremendous amount of money and should be welcomed. She held an open house every weekend until a buyer arrived. This took only 2 months and lots of devoted time. My former agent had the house for 7 months and had no bites. I feel Diane is an outstanding, caring and very professional realtor.

My realtor, Paula Clark, was amazing. She met and exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. She was always on time, helped to take care of issues such as trash removal and hiring someone to fix a damaged fence. The sale was very quick and easy, and price of the house sold exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this agency and Paula Clark as your realtor as I am a very satisfied customer.
