Kimbra Brininstool is the realtor representing a house we have been leasing. This has been a terrible experience. She has spoken very negatively about the home (it is an older home that doesn’t boast the most up to date appliances etc. but has a lot of amazing things going for it) and made a statement about how she is doing it as a favor to the homeowner. Diane Beeman was my realtor and she worked hard to get the house sold. I had solar panels on the house and people are afraid of using panels. They save a tremendous amount of money and should be welcomed. She held an open house every weekend until a buyer arrived. This took only 2 months and lots of devoted time. My former agent had the house for 7 months and had no bites. I feel Diane is an outstanding, caring and very professional realtor.
My realtor, Paula Clark, was amazing. She met and exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. She was always on time, helped to take care of issues such as trash removal and hiring someone to fix a damaged fence. The sale was very quick and easy, and price of the house sold exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this agency and Paula Clark as your realtor as I am a very satisfied customer.
We used Shelly Seltzer to assist with selling our house many years ago. We had heard that she was a go-getter real estate agent, but that completely backfired on us. She allowed herself to be involved in a conflict of interest where she ended up representing us as the sellers and also the buyers of our home.
