I purchased my products in April. We’re going into September and I STILL don’t have products I already paid for. I missed an appointment, took accountability, and lost my last prepaid treatment because policy is policy. No refund. I accepted it. I also gave grace for a death in her family and losing her suite because shit happens. But consideration has to go BOTH ways. Eboni has given me one of the best skincare treatments I've ever gotten in my life. She went above and beyond to provide such a memorable experience as well as amazing results! Her knowledge on skin and the science behind it blew me away. 10/10 recommend seeing her for any of your corrective skincare needs as well as just a relaxing experience.
