Wonderful place and excellent customer service
I live in Tauranga but I have purchased two cars from Ebbett Pukekohe over the last month. First a Haval H6 Hybrid for myself and was so impressed with the great level of service, vehicle presentation and product knowledge from the very helpful team that I went back and purchased an MG3 Essence Hybrid for my wife. Received excellent customer service from Wayne Dell at Ebbett Pukekohe (GM/Haval Pukekohe branch) via a TradeMe enquiry about a used car. He was highly responsive and authentic in his interactions both online and in-person which made for a pleasant experience. The Live Chat took too long, then a booking was made. Lucy called me back, she was friendly. When I emailed her, showed her the pictures, it changed. I responded to her email, she didn’t respond back. I will not use them
I puchased a 2016 BMW and traded in my ute on it. The door card states very clearly that this car has new Pirelli tyres on it. When I get it home and are having a check over (as you do) I find it has half worn Dunlop SP Sportmaxx on all corners. I thought that it must have been overlooked and contacted the salesman who said he would look into it for me.
