Unbelievably and consistently bad service after buying the new car. I could never get the web page working for the service agreement , it was broken . I called / emailed at least 5 times over the course of the year. I kept having to follow them up - and even after a year the page was still broken and couldn’t complete it . When they finally sorted out the car service they booked it in Pukekohe when we live in Mt Eden.
