Had an issue with the Air-con Condenser which was damaged on my way from Wellington to Hamilton. Richard helped me get the Insurance claim process speed up. Dropped the car off and they had a loan car ready for me. They completed the work in a day and gave option to pick up the next morning if traffic was an issue. Picked the car which was ready and groomed free. Great work from Richard and his team. Highly recommended.
I was tbh appalled at the audi ebbett. I booked my car for service opted for 399$ service only to pick my car up and no service done to it but a $443 bill to be told EVERYTHING that was wrong with my car... I have my own diagnostic machine at home that can tell me what's wrong with my car ebbett audi! I will never take my car back there and likely to tell others the same thing
