I met an honest business man today,even got to shake his hand, Mark was his name, he owns ebb and flows backflow water works,, installed a new back flow check system in my yard irrigation .learned a few things about his trade by watching but more about Mark himself,, don't see many good honest people these days,,greed being what it is but Mark left me feeling good about human nature,, Yet!!! I had a leak in my backflow. I called Mark from EBB and Flow he showed up 10 minutes later and resolved the issue. Thank you again Mark.
We've always had excellent service on our blackflow testing. However, Mark went above and beyond yesterday. We discovered our backflow pipe was leaking and we called Mark to describe the issue. He was in downtown Leesburg but got to our house within 20 minutes and promptly took care of the issue, installing new and stronger pipe that is more resistant to weed wackers. So nice to receive such wonderful customer service!
Mark the Owner/Operator of Ebb & Flows is THE BEST! He has been doing my annual backflow test for a couple of years now and today I was working in the yard and removed the faux boulder that covers the backflows and noticed steady stream of water coming out. I got in touch with shortly thereafter with his assistance by phone, figured out is was the one that supplies the house water.
