I appreciate Chelsea. She listens to my needs before our session and is patient with me while I describe what has been bothering me. The ambiance at Ebb & Flow is wonderful - the gentle music, hot towels and warm massage table is amazing in the winter time.

The massage by Tracy was amazing the pressure was very firm and she knew how to find and release the tension. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent experience! Tracy took me last minute and it was such a positive experience. She was very professional but open to friendly interaction and was equally engaged when we talked. I appreciate the attention to how pressure was used and she was very attentive when I asked for it to change.
