Fantastic experience! Ashley cares about people and takes the time to understand what you need. Fantastic massage that drastically reduced pain in swollen and tender areas.
I had an amazing experience when I went a few weeks ago. As I tend to be a fairly anxious person, it was exactly what I needed at the time. I had been used to a massage being something where pain is required to help reduce muscle tension, and I would find myself tensing back against whatever the massage therapist was doing, so I’d have to actively relax while feeling pain.
