First time ever going to acupuncture and Tracey was awesome. As someone who doesn't like needles she made it very easy to get comfortable and the entire setup is very relaxing. I would highly recommend going if you are considering it for the first time.

I have worked with Tracey early this year on a decade+ long old injury and pain pattern and never had I had this much long lasting relief. I highly recommend Tracey for any sort of issues/pain you are having. I am a Massage Therapist and went to her because I was unable to work due to tendonitis in my elbow. Within a few sessions I was feeling so much better and back to work. She not only addressed my tendonitis but worked on my entire body. I plan on adding her to my regular self-care routine and I'm referring my clients to her as well! Thank you Tracey!
